How to Use for Best Results

1. Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be completely cured, compact, rigid, structurally sound, and clean of dust, oils, old adhesive layers, or curing laitance.

2. Mixing: Measure clean water into a clean mixing container and slowly stir in the Superbio Grey powder. Mix thoroughly with a low-speed mechanical stirrer ($\approx$ 400 rpm) until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved. Allow the mix to rest for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir briefly again before spreading.

3. Application Technique: Apply a thin flat scrape-coat to the substrate with the flat edge of a trowel to maximize mechanical keying, then comb immediately with an appropriately sized notched trowel.

4. Tile Embedding: Press the tile firmly into the wet mortar ridges using a slight sliding motion to guarantee complete contact transfer. Tap down evenly with a rubber mallet to expel any trapped air pockets. Allow the adhesive bed to cure undisturbed for 24 hours before opening up the floor for joint grouting.

Note: Because this product features a dark grey cement matrix, it is not recommended for translucent glass mosaics, light-colored quartz, or white natural marbles where color bleed-through or shading might be visible. Use a white-base mineral adhesive for those delicate materials.
