Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the showroom
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products
• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM software
• Generate quotations and coordinate with accounts, inventory, and dispatch teams for order fulfillment
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets
• Collect client feedback and reviews post-sale
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone
• Deliver exceptional customer service

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Kannada and English
• Tele-calling experience
• Quick adaptability and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work well within a team

Educational Qualification

Minimum: 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
