Retail Sales Executive

Location: Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

Experience: 0 – 5 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the showroom by understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable products.

Handle leads, respond to WhatsApp/phone inquiries, and manage follow-ups via CRM.

Prepare quotations and coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams.
-
Achieve monthly sales targets and collect post-sale feedback/reviews.
Required Skills:
-
Strong communication skills (Fluency in Kannada and English).

Previous tele-calling or direct customer handling experience.

Team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
