Retail Sales Executive

  • Location: Wilson Garden, Bengaluru

  • Experience: 0 – 5 Years

  • Employment Type: Full-Time

  • Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in the showroom by understanding their requirements and suggesting suitable products.

  • Handle leads, respond to WhatsApp/phone inquiries, and manage follow-ups via CRM.

  • Prepare quotations and coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and collect post-sale feedback/reviews.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (Fluency in Kannada and English).

  • Previous tele-calling or direct customer handling experience.

  • Team-oriented attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
