2. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

  • Delivery Fee: ₹499 for orders under ₹1,00,000.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders of ₹1,00,000 and above.

  • Delivery Time (Bengaluru): 2–7 working days.

  • Delivery Time (Rest of India): 7–14 working days.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept UPI, Net Banking, Bank Transfers, and all major Debit & Credit Cards via secure third-party gateways.

4. What is your return and damage policy? We strictly accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You have 7 days from delivery to return an eligible item.

  • You must report transit damage to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be uninstalled, unused, and in their original packaging.

5. How do I report a damaged item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@navyaceramics.com or WhatsApp +91 9171218015. Include your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and outer packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

6. Are installed tiles eligible for returns or warranty claims? No. Products that have been installed, cut, or altered are completely void of warranty and are not eligible for return or replacement. Always inspect your items before installation.

7. Can I cancel my order? Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have left our warehouse.
