Refund policy

At Navya ceramics (Legal Entity: Artnstones), we strictly accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.

1. Return Policy At A Glance

  • Return Window: 7 days from the delivery date to return an eligible item (Note: You must report damages within 48 hours).

  • Return Method: By mail.

  • Item Condition: New (unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in original packaging).

  • Restocking Fee: 0% (No restocking fee).

  • Return Shipping Cost: Free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@navyaceramics.com or +91 9171218015.

  2. Provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will provide you with return instructions and dispatch a replacement (or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable).

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear after we inspect the returned item.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

5. Non-Eligible Items We will not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered.

  • Products damaged by the customer due to improper handling.

  • Natural shade, color, or batch variations, which are inherent to the manufacturing of ceramic tiles.
