At Navya ceramics (Legal Entity: Artnstones), we strictly accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer's remorse.
1. Return Policy At A Glance

Return Window: 7 days from the delivery date to return an eligible item (Note: You must report damages within 48 hours).

Return Method: By mail.

Item Condition: New (unused, uninstalled, uncut, and in original packaging).

Restocking Fee: 0% (No restocking fee).

Return Shipping Cost: Free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
2. How to Request a Return or Replacement If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Provide clear photos and/or videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

Once verified, we will provide you with return instructions and dispatch a replacement (or issue a refund if a replacement is unavailable).
3. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear after we inspect the returned item.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
5. Non-Eligible Items We will not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered.

Products damaged by the customer due to improper handling.

Natural shade, color, or batch variations, which are inherent to the manufacturing of ceramic tiles.
