1. Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Products received in damaged condition

  • Products that are defective

  • Products that are incorrect or different from what was ordered

Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Clear photo/video proof must be provided


2. Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, design preference, or quantity miscalculation.

Customers are advised to review product specifications carefully before placing an order.


3. Non-Eligible Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

  • Products reported after the 48-hour claim period

  • Natural shade, color, or batch variations (these are normal in tiles and ceramic products)


4. Damage Claims Procedure

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos and/or videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Outer packaging

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us


6. Replacements

  • Replacement products will be dispatched once damage or defect is verified

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and logistics

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued


7. Return Shipping

  • In approved cases due to our error or transit damage, return instructions will be provided

  • Customers must follow the return process exactly as instructed

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

To request cancellation, contact us immediately after placing your order.


9. Batch & Shade Variation Disclaimer

Tiles and ceramic products may show minor variations in shade or texture between batches. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
