At Navya ceramics (Legal Entity: Artnstones), we are committed to transparent and reliable delivery services. This policy outlines our shipping procedures to ensure a clear and consistent experience for our customers.

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (IST)

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner.

2. Transit Time & Delivery Zones We deliver across India. The following transit times apply after the order has been processed:

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days.

  • Transit Time: 2 to 14 business days (depending on region).

  • Total Delivery Timeline: 3 to 17 business days.

3. Shipping Costs We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees:

  • Orders below ₹1,00,000: A flat delivery fee of ₹499 applies.

  • Orders of ₹1,00,000 and above: We provide FREE delivery.

4. Delivery Terms & Unloading

  • Ground Floor Delivery: Please note that delivery is provided strictly to the ground floor or site entrance. Unloading, floor lifting (carrying items to higher floors), and installation are not included in the standard shipping fee.

5. Damaged Shipments & Returns Ceramics are fragile. If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@navyaceramics.com with clear photos and a video of the damaged items and packaging. For verified damaged or incorrect item claims, Navya Ceramics will arrange the return collection at no cost to the customer.

6. Order Cancellations You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before dispatch. Once the order has entered the dispatched stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
