Kerakoll Bioflex Grey Flexible Mineral Tile & Stone Adhesive – 20 kg
Kerakoll Bioflex Grey is an eco-friendly, highly polymer-modified flexible mineral adhesive engineered for high-strength setting of vitrified tiles, porcelain slabs, and non-sensitive natural stone. Formulated with low-carbon cementitious binders and active regional minerals, this professional adhesive creates a structural bond that withstands heavy traffic, environmental stress, and shear forces.
Its non-sag rheology and water-resistant formulation make it highly dependable for both interior and exterior architectural projects—offering world-class durability from internal living zones to exposed outdoor balconies, terraces, and water bodies.

How to Use for Best Results
-
Substrate Preparation: Substrates must be fully cured, compact, compact, rigid, and completely free of dust, oils, old adhesives, laitance, or loose particles.
-
Mixing: Pour the required clean water into a mixing bucket and slowly stir in the Bioflex Grey powder. Mix continuously with a low-speed mechanical stirrer ($\approx$ 400 rpm) until a smooth, lump-free paste is achieved. Allow the mixture to slake for 3 to 5 minutes, then stir briefly again before application.
-
Application Technique: Comb the mixed mortar onto the substrate utilizing an appropriately sized notched trowel. Apply only a workable area that can be comfortably tiled within the adhesive's active open window.
-
Tile Embedding: Press the tile firmly into the wet mortar ridges using a slight twisting motion, tapping down with a rubber mallet to guarantee absolute transfer. For heavy vitrified slabs or external zones, the double-spreading (back-buttering) method is highly recommended to eliminate hollow air voids underneath.
Note: Because this product has a grey cement base, it is not recommended for translucent glass mosaics, light-colored translucent marbles, or white natural stones where color bleed-through or shading might be visible. Use Bioflex White for those delicate materials.
