How to Use for Best Results

1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the bonding surface is compact, dry, structurally sound, and completely free of dust, oils, grease, loose particles, or residual paint laitance.

2. Mixing: Pour clean water into a mixing bucket and slowly add the Biofix White powder. Mix continuously with a low-speed mechanical stirrer ($\approx$ 400 rpm) until a uniform, lump-free paste is achieved. Allow the mixture to stand for 2 to 3 minutes, then stir briefly again before use.

3. Application Technique: Apply a thin layer of adhesive paste to the substrate with the flat edge of a trowel to maximize grip, then comb immediately with an appropriately sized notched trowel.

4. Tile Embedding: Press each tile firmly into the wet mortar ridges with a slight twisting motion to achieve complete adhesive transfer. For heavy traffic areas or large vitrified tiles, the back-buttering technique should be applied to prevent hollow pockets under the surface.
