1. What products does Navya Ceramics sell?

Navya Ceramics specializes in premium wall and floor tiles, vitrified tiles, ceramic tiles, stone cladding, brick cladding, pebbles, designer wash basins, kitchen sinks, and installation accessories.
Our collection includes both Indian-manufactured and imported products.


2. Where is Navya Ceramics located?

Our main showroom and warehouse are located at:

Wilson Garden, Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560076, India

We also operate a branch in Sironj, Madhya Pradesh.


3. Do you sell tiles online and offline?

Yes. You can purchase products:

• Online via www.navyaceramics.com
• Offline at our physical showroom in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru


💳 Orders & Payments

4. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM, BharatPe)

  • Net Banking

  • Bank Transfers

  • Cheques & Demand Drafts (processing begins after clearance)

All online payments are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways.


5. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We do not store sensitive payment details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through certified third-party payment providers in compliance with applicable financial regulations.


6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification may not be possible. Customers may contact support for assistance regarding dispatched orders.

We recommend verifying quantities, sizes, colors, and specifications before confirming your order.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

7. Do you deliver within Bengaluru?

Yes. Deliveries within Bengaluru are typically completed within 2–7 working days, depending on stock availability and location.


8. Do you ship outside Bengaluru?

Yes. We deliver across India. Outstation deliveries generally take 7–14 working days depending on packaging requirements and logistics conditions.


9. Can you deliver to construction sites?

Yes. We can deliver directly to construction sites within Bengaluru. Please inform us in advance to coordinate delivery arrangements.

Unloading assistance may require prior coordination.


🔄 Damage, Replacement & Refunds

10. What is your damage policy for tiles?

Due to the fragile nature of tiles, minor transit damage of up to 2–3% may occur during transportation and is considered industry standard.

If damage exceeds this threshold, customers may request a replacement or appropriate resolution by contacting our support team within the specified timeframe and providing photo/video evidence.


11. Do you offer refunds?

Navya Ceramics primarily offers replacement for eligible damaged or incorrect products.

In cases where replacement is not feasible, an appropriate resolution, including refund where applicable, may be provided after verification in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.


12. How do I raise a replacement or damage request?

You may:

• Contact us via WhatsApp, phone, or email

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos and/or videos

  • Product details and issue description

Claims must be reported within the timeframe mentioned in our Refund Policy.


13. Are installed tiles eligible for replacement?

No. Products that have been installed, cut, used, or altered are not eligible for return or replacement.

Customers are advised to inspect all products carefully before installation.


📦 Product Information

14. Will tile colors look exactly the same as shown online?

Minor color variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and natural manufacturing differences. Such variations are considered normal.


15. What is batch variation in tiles?

Batch variation refers to natural differences in shade or tone between production batches. To minimize variation, we recommend placing orders for the complete required quantity at once.


16. Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples are available at a charge and are non-refundable.


🛠 Warranty & Support

17. Do tiles come with a warranty?

Tiles and cladding products must be inspected before installation. Claims must be raised before installation.

Kitchen sinks may carry manufacturer warranty where applicable. Wash basins typically do not include manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.
