Role Overview
As a Retail Sales Executive, you will assist customers in selecting the right products, manage inquiries, generate quotations, and ensure an excellent showroom experience.
Key Responsibilities

Assist customers at the showroom

Understand requirements and suggest suitable products

Handle leads and follow-ups using CRM

Prepare quotations and coordinate with accounts and dispatch

Achieve monthly sales targets

Respond to WhatsApp and phone inquiries

Collect post-sale feedback and reviews
Required Skills

Strong communication skills

Fluency in Kannada and English

Tele-calling or customer handling experience

Willingness to learn and adapt

Team-oriented attitude
Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)
