Eligibility for Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only in the following cases:

  • Products received in damaged condition

  • Products that are defective

  • Products that are incorrect or different from what was ordered

Requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been installed, used, cut, or altered

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

  • Products reported after the allowed claim period

  • Natural shade, color, or batch variations, which are normal in tiles and ceramic products


Damage Claims Procedure

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos and/or videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Outer packaging

  3. Email or WhatsApp the details to:

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by us


Replacements

  • Replacement products will be dispatched once damage or defect is verified

  • Replacement timelines depend on product availability and logistics

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued


Return Shipping

  • In case of approved returns due to damage or error from our side, return instructions will be provided

  • Customers must follow the return process exactly as instructed

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched


Batch & Shade Variation Disclaimer

Tiles and ceramic products may show minor variations in shade or texture between batches. These variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
